The heat intensifies! IN THE VINES.
An intense heatwave is upon us as we write. With temperatures soaring SPRING-SUMMER IN
up to 40°c we have been obliged to adapt our working hours in the THE VINES, IT’S ALL GO!
vineyard, starting at 5.00 am when it is cooler, but still already 25°c!
♦ IN THE CELLAR.
The very favourable weather that we experienced during the growth 2023: FINAL AGEING
cycle to date means that, in this month of July, the vines are bursting
with health, displaying superb bunches that are still green for the AND BOTTLING. contents
moment and in almost perfect sanitary condition.
♦ MATURING
But for this final leg of the season the risk of hail remains a worry, THE RARE 2024S: THE FIRST
with the recurrent threat of thunderstorms. Needless to say, we remain
very vigilant – on amber alert! We wish you a great summer before the BOTTLINGS ALREADY
start of the grape harvest which is anticipated at the end of August.
