A fresh spring ♦ A SEASON IN
THE VINEYARD,
While the spring freshens lingers, and the frosts still loom ominously, MILD WINTER
the tiny leaves have just emerged. The infamous bud break. We recently
sprayed the preparation 500 on the core 15 hectares of the domain AND COLD SPRING
which symbolically launched the beginning of the seasonal vineyard
activities for 2023. Manicured vineyards – pruned, neatly trellised, ♦ APPLICATION
mowed, tied, dynamised, ploughed – very much alive and above all, OF THE SPRING
well on their way to the growth cycle! PREPARATION 500

Meanwhile, in the cellar, we just finished bottling the very rare 2021 ♦ AGEING THE
vintage with the whites. And the first 2022 wines are already bracing
themselves for theirs in three months’ time. Vintages intersect, succeed 2022 VINTAGE:
one another, and are never alike! BALANCE AND
CONCENTRATION
