Remarkably expressive with dark chocolate,
blackberry and raspberry aromas.
Beautifully lingering with silky tannins.
Wonderful with rack of lamb
and aubergines in a thyme jus.

Grand Cru 2021
An explosion of strawberry and black
cherry fruit on the nose.
Well balanced and full on the palate
with a delicate touch of pepper
and a very fine, lingering finish.
Serve with small spelt rabbit in pepper sauce.
