Little pots containing this treasure were
produced by our vineyard manager
Quentin, and patiently labelled by hand
at the property by Sylvie and Camille.
After a spring version that was a pale,
thick, dense honey made from the first
white flowers of the year, this harvest
is a translucent amber gold, liquid and
very different, with a soft, fine texture.
The subtle flavours and aromas of this
local micro-production are bursting
with summer flowers: daisies, poppies,
cornflowers, wild carrots and hypericum

of the meadows and riverbanks,
