Life is where the bees are, buzzing and working hard. And since 2010, we have offered a home to these beneficial little creatures in exchange for a taste of their honey.
The bee, symbol of life
This honey production is about maintaining biodiversity in our vineyard landscape. Bees are pollinators par excellence, ensuring a profusion of diverse botanical species. In Burgundy, they are protected within the framework of the national Natura 2000 project. Ensuring a strong ecological balance is about respecting both the native fauna and flora of our limestone côte. And encouraging these beneficial bees to settle here is an essential link in this long chain of life.
