In our young vineyard called "la plante" in Brochon, near Gevrey-Chambertin, we are collecting pruning wood this spring.
But this pruning is not carried out by any old hands, but by the expert hands of Antonis and Manon.
A young vineyard that is part of the estate’s historical parcels that were first planted in 1959 and replanted in 2016.
