Time for the first tastings for these young wines – and first rackings from barrel to barrel to take them off their lees and out of their new barrels. They consist of Terres de Famille red and white, Beaune La Montée Rouge, Côte de Beaune red and white, and the Savigny-lès-Beaune white, and will be bottled in July.

Tasting, at this early stage, gives us a premise of a very fruity profile bearing our signature style, but with more concentration than in 2024. The whites are also concentrated but with a freshness and minerality with notes of white flowers, with variations depending on the soil and orientation, and always superb depth.
